The floor
Somebody wrote it for you
Not a template and not an algorithm. A person who trains, posting the session they would do today.
-
The feed
You can answer back
Comment under a workout and the coach who wrote it is the one who reads it. Follow the ones worth following.
-
The log
It remembers what you lifted
Sets, reps, weight and rest, a timer that keeps counting after you leave, and graphs that reach back as far as you do.
Every program worth running sits behind a subscription. Every free app hands you an empty log and wishes you luck.
TrainFloor is the third thing.
Get to the one you will actually do.
Pick the category, the format, the kit that is genuinely in the room, and the time you have before you need to be somewhere else. What is left is short, and all of it fits tonight.
Then take it. There is nothing to unlock and nothing to schedule.
-
Hear them say it
The cue arrives in the coach's own voice, instead of a paragraph you skim.
-
See where you landed
Post your result and it goes on that workout's board, next to everyone else who did it.
-
Watch it move
Graphs that reach back as far as you do, and a one-rep max estimated rather than guessed.
-
Leave whenever
Delete the account from inside the app. It takes everything with it.
Start from the room you are standing in.
Nobody browses a whole marketplace. You browse the corner of it you came for, and the floor narrows to that.

Coaching is the product. The app is not.
A session goes out under your name, not ours. The people who train it follow you, and it is you they come back to - not a playlist that forgot who wrote it.
They ask a question under the workout and you are the one who answers. They post a result and it lands on your board.
No fee to post and no cut taken, because nothing on the floor is sold. If that ever changes, the coaches on it hear first.
